If you want to learn how to draw it, you can learn some bits from the following video. I am not that good at drawings so it's just an amateur style.
To draw the forever alone face, start with the head first. Try to get the shape right before proceeding to the rest of the part.
Secondly, draw the eyes. The eyes should be a bloody stress eyes. It should be small but big enough to be seen. Then draw the eye bags.
Then, start drawing the nose and mouth. And start adding details. You can use any image tool to do it, including paint. But I would recommend GIMP because it is much flexible and it is FREE.
